Zeosoft Technology Group Signs OEM Agreement
with STOPware™ to Support Launch of
First-Ever Wireless Badging Solution
STOPware’s PassagePoint™ Pilot Integrates Zeosoft’s Mobile Technology

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 25, 2004 – Zeosoft™ Technology Group, Inc., a pioneer of mobile infrastructure software and application development technologies, today announced an OEM distribution agreement with STOPware, the pioneer in visitor management systems. Under this OEM agreement, STOPware will integrate an OEM version of Zeosoft’s Mobile Badger™ in its new wireless PassagePoint™ Pilot system. This cutting-edge addition to STOPware’s product line will be distributed worldwide and will allow PassagePoint customers to register, verify, and print photo ID’s remotely using a wireless PDA.
By capturing photos and text on a handheld, businesses can expedite the badging process in multiple buildings and locations, instantly retrieve ID’s for positive identification, and process high volumes of visitor’s at large public venues. Zeosoft’s technology wirelessly integrates remote ID badge data collection with the enterprise-side imaging database for processing and then sends the information to a PVC card printer for final badging. To protect against unauthorized access to critical data, Zeosoft’s technology provides a secure platform using authentication and encryption for all personal text data, both on the handheld device and security network.
